My item was stolen 5 minutes after drop off two days after I was waiting for my item , l check the tracking number an they said is delivered l went to my cameras and amazon dropped off at 1:44 pm and l guy behind him came another guy and took the item at 1:51 pm 5 min after l need my item.

The headlight isnt the HID headlight and its not the one I need . Just need a return label to receive my refund

they sent over sized fender flares and now want my vin# and make and model of my truck. I just want the right ones or my money back,simple

Hi I purchased a catalytic converter from you guys through amazon. Your product didn't last less than one year.

I had to repurchase another one this year. It's really upsetting. I just don't think the product should stop working less than one year. I don't know if there's something you can do.

I would like help with installation of my bed cover for my truck. It is compatible with my truck but last two clamps not working.

I would like to speak to a technician but no one is giving me information..I need to speak with someone over the phone. They send me a replacement but its not working either.

I have seen others with my exact truck working so now I think it has to do with my lining of truck bed. Why cant I speak to someone over the phone about this??

Lights were working fine after install. Blinker works on top but clearance on bottom quit working. Like the mirrors.

I bought a rear bumper for my jeep wrangler.

When installing the bumper I could tell right away it was not going to sit straight or line up to the frame of my vehicle. I was able to line up all holes except 2 because it does not sit flush or correctly on my vehicle at all.

I called and was told my email would be replied to to fix my problem, and I have not heard back from them yet.

I am very displeased with this product and would like to hear back from customer service about this. I bought from this site becauze of thegood reviews it does have, but I got a part that wasnt made correctly.

I ordered the 54in cross bars off Amazon, delivery was speedy and product arrived in good shape. Only issue was that one bar was loose after being installed and would move when I drove.

I called customer service and they were polite and understanding.

They asked for a couple of photos of the issue and responded back to me immediately and about an hour later they told me they are replacing the item. Couldnt not be happier with this company and I will definitely purchase other items from them just for the customer service.
